1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Petrovation's website and services ("Services"), including our Innovation Diagnostic Assessment, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Services Description

Petrovation provides innovation diagnostic assessments, consulting services, and training courses for the oil and gas industry. Our Innovation Diagnostic Assessment compares your responses to data from the SPE's Second Global Innovation Survey (2023).

3. Payments and Cancellations

3.1 Payments

To schedule a training course date, full payment must be made in advance. We use Stripe as our payment processing service provider. By making a payment, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete payment information
• Authorize us to charge the specified amount to your payment method
• Have sufficient funds or credit available to complete the transaction
• Use only payment methods that you are legally authorized to use

3.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy. You acknowledge that:

• Petrovation does not store your complete credit card information
• Payment processing times may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution
• Additional fees may apply based on your payment method or location
• All payments must be made in the specified currency

3.3 Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• All cancellations must be received no later than 14 days prior to the course start date
• Cancellations made after the 14-day window will not be refunded
• Refunds will not be given due to no-show situations
• Petrovation reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule courses if required
• Notification of changes will be made as quickly as possible
• In the event Petrovation cancels a course, a full refund will be provided

3.4 Disputes and Chargebacks

By using our Services, you agree to:

• Contact us directly regarding any billing disputes before initiating a chargeback
• Allow us 5 business days to respond to your billing concern
• Provide accurate documentation and information regarding any disputed charges
• Accept our cancellation policy and refund terms as binding

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, you will be responsible for any associated fees or penalties if the dispute is found to be unwarranted.

4. Use of Services

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms to use our Services.

3.2 Account Information

When using our Services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials.

3.3 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from our website
• Share your personal diagnostic results without our explicit permission

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and methodologies used in our Services are owned by Petrovation and protected by intellectual property laws.

4.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services for personal or internal business purposes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our Services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

Petrovation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our Services.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
